The Games Page

I love games. I have always done so from the earliest of ages. I can remember playing things like Ludo and Tiddly Winks for hours when I was a nipper. I moved on to things like Monopoly and Risk and then some fairly complex stuff like Civilization (the board game not the computer one) and History of the World. When computers appeared I got myself an Acorn Electron and started playing computer games, something which I continue to do today (although not on an Acorn Electron thankfully).

Apart from computer games I am a fan of Games Workshops stable of miniature wargames and Dungeons & Dragons. Most Saturdays you will find me along with some of my children and Skorponok (aka Demandred) fighting Orcs and Goblins and searching for lost treasures in some deep dark dungeon. For those who have never experienced this you must at least try it once.

At any rate the links on this page will take you to my musings on various games and the gallery will take you to an array of pictures of the miniatures that I have in my collection. (I may post some of Skorponok's as well if he brings them along so that I can take pictures of them).
